I had some pretty lame week, just waiting for school to start again, i'm sad that even as the new term has started my mark for one of my last terms' class still is not posted.
Today i would like to talk about the expression "wag the dog" I know this expression from the movie by the same name. this is when a news story may or may not be true. but the news people put so much emphasis on it that it becomes bigger than it really is.
neat eh? i'm gonna do a search for it right now hold on...
2. wag the dog
To cause a desired result by means other than the obvious or rational method. Imagine you want a dog to wag it's tail. You should make the dog happy, and the tail will wag. If you can't or won't make the dog happy, you can get the tail to wag by "wagging the dog".

tee hee funny imagine my dogs' tail wagging so hard he started to shake, hmm wonder what i need to feed him for that.
